Step One: Apply

The quickest way to apply for a job opening is to apply on-line through our careers website. The process is quick, easy, and can take less than five minutes to complete! If completing the application online isn’t right for you, you can choose to email RCIL. Step Two: Applications are reviewed

Applications are reviewed by our RCIL Recruiters. Qualified candidates are then forwarded to the Hiring Manager for review. If your skills and qualifications are a potential match, you will be contacted for an onsite interview. Our Recruiters often review applications with all openings in mind. If your skill set closely matches another position in which you would qualify, your application is forwarded to the Hiring Manager for review.

 

Step Three: Interview

Applicants will be contacted by the Hiring Manager should you be selected for an interview. Some positions require multiple rounds of interviews. Amongst each round, feedback is gathered from your interviewers to determine the selection and final hiring decision.

 

Step Four: Selection and Final Decision

Here at RCIL in the Human Resources Department we value your time it takes you to devote to our application and interview process.
